It's That Time - "Just Because Pamper Pack" Unboxing!

Hi everyone!

Have you heard of "It's That Time"? It's the latest Australian women's hygiene box to hit the market! -cue confetti pouring from the sky here-

They were kind enough to send me a box of my choice at half price to review for you guys, so buckle up :)

I ordered the "Just Because Pamper Pack" which costs $50 for the box and promises $80 RRP. They have LOTS of different packs and options - this one I chose to not contain any feminine hygiene products - only beauty.

I got this box on 13/6 and ordered on 6/6, so shipping took seven days - pretty decently fast considering it was with auspost!

Look at the glossy cardboard box this came in! SO SO glossy and even has their pretty brand on it! (It had a cute giftwrap pink wool bow thing going on too, but I ripped it open before taking a picture :(( )

Upon opening it, everything's wrapped up in black tissue and there are these fake scented rose petals everywhere. Smells so nice and clean.

THE CONTENTS FLATLAY.

In here we have:

♥ 3x Shick Exacta Razors (RRP $5)
♥ Boe Beauty Bath Puff (RRP ? I'm going to guess $2)
♥ L'oreal Elnett Satin Hairspray 75ml (RRP $10 for 400ml, ~$2 sample)
♥ Palmer's Rapid Moisture Spray (RRP $10)
♥ Priya Mild & Gentle Cleansing Shower Gel in Real Macademia Oil 400ml (RRP $10)
♥ L'oreal Colour Riche Lipstick in 01 Nudy Pink (RRP $22.95)
♥ Rexona Women Whitening 48 Hour Antiperspirant Deoderant (RRP $5.79)
♥ Homemade Wheatbags ($8.95)
♥ Libra Hotties Heat Patches (RRP $5)
♥ Lindt Hello My Name Is Strawberry Cheesecake (RRP $5)
♥ Yogi Bedtime Tea
♥ Nescafe Dark Choc Mocha

Also forgot to include the Tilley Pure Vegetable Soap (RRP $15 for 5, so $3) in the picture! Mine came in the flavour hibiscus flower ^^~

That's $80.55 value (according to my internet research of retail prices) without the condiments... Those wheatbags were the star of this box for me :) And you can only get them from It's That Time as well... so that's your $RRP $80 right there!

I think the box definitely pays for itself and would make a really lovely gift for mothers, aunts, little cousins... relatives in general. Sure people joke about gifting bath products, but seriously. Everyone uses them and they're nice! Because I didn't order any hygiene products, this box was very much a kind of hamper of random beauty products that you could customise if you wanted to.

The box is great in the aspects of presentation, shipping speed, and value.

Objectively, the only little hiccup was that the Palmer's spray was open and spilled a little bit. Nothing disastrous though.

BUT, I'm going to turn the lens of objectivity off for the rest of this post to explain my face sinking a little in the video. (It's my legitimate first impressions in the video, and I wouldn't hide my real reaction from you guys!)

Here's a screenshot of the sample contents on their website! You can see it here yourself if you'd like.

I saw quite a few products I wanted in there - Baby Lips (you can see my blogpost about my collection of eight here), Revlon polishes... These two items were in basically every unboxing picture I saw from this company, so I was pretty keen at first, but not quite sold on the whole box.

My collection hehe ~

I'm going to confess right now to you guys - the main reason that pushed me over the edge to purchase "It's That Time" was because I saw the Lindt Cookies and Cream Chocolate bar in someone else's box, and just wanted it SO BADLY. I couldn't find it in any Woolworths or Coles within a reasonable distance from me, so I asked It's That Time where they got it from and they said straight from Lindt. So I conceded, and asked if they could throw together a box that just contained the chocolate and some beauty products because I really wanted that exact chocolate. (Like yes, would pay $25 for a whole box of random stuff just for the exact chocolate kind of REALLY WANT. I'm a little insane, but I like chocolate okay?!?!?! :P)

Cookies & Cream HELLO Bar
Seriously, who wouldn't want a bite of this?

They said yes, and even discounted the box for me because they saw my blog, which was so nice! (Disclaimer: My opinions are still my own etc etc etc I'm honest as hell etc)

About four days later, I was paid so I bought the box. Then I discussed it with them even more - I gave them a picture of my Baby Lips collection and my Revlon nail polish collection and told them even if I got a repeat I would be fine with it, but I'd be pretty impressed if they avoided repeating colours I already had. Only if it wasn't a hassle though ~

They confirmed everything with me and shipped out the next day, la di da ~

As you could tell from my unboxing - there was no cookies and cream flavoured chocolate. I don't at all blame the company - I should have mentioned it again, but in my head it was very obvious because I told them I really wanted it and it was the reason I was buying the box! Of course four days is a long time and I should have reminded them, but for a box that has fully customisable DIY options, communication should be key.

The box honestly was still great, but learn from my mistake and be sure to always be clear in what you want! I told them I'd be really happy with any Baby Lips and not necessarily one that I don't already have, but that may have interpreted that as me not wanting one at all.

And anyway, everything turned out fine - THIS STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE FLAVOUR IS AMAZING.

What did you think of this box? Go show them some love on their page!

They're very new and of course there's always room to improve - I have really high hopes for them and hope to review another box later down the track showing how far they've gotten! ^_^
